I welcome returns or exchanges for all Australian and New Zealand orders, unless an item is purchased on sale.
RETURN & EXCHANGES

I will cover shipping costs to Return or Exchange a product that arrived damaged or incorrect.

I'm happy to process a refund or exchange for 'change of mind', 'no longer needed', or 'did not arrive in time', however, the return postage cost needs to be covered by the purchaser as these reasons are out of my control. Refunds and exchanges will take 10-14 days.

I work hard to get every order out ASAP, however, delivery is managed by Australia Post, and I do not have control over their delivery timing or delays. See the Delivery Timings linked here.
